Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the techniques of a regular massage combined with the use of smooth, heated stones. Basalt river rocks are typically used because they are smooth (from the river’s current) and they are good at retain their heat.
The localised heat and weight of the stones, warms and relaxes muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

Each massage is adapted to each clients specific requirements. Rebecca is always eager to learn new techniques to help the body heal itself.
